01 / Opportunity

Complex technology.
Simple navigation.
A new digital experience for IngeneroX.

01

Shorten the Sales Cycle

Help prospects understand IngeneroX before and after sales meetings through clear product information, case studies and proven results.

02

Make products easier to understand

Use product interfaces, guided interactions and visual workflows to explain how AI Agents and X360 Suites work and what they do.

03

Simplify and scale the product ecosystem

Organise the platform, AI Agents and X360 Suites into a clear, connected structure that makes navigation easier and accommodates future products.

02 / Website Design + Development

Scope of Work

A product-led website that covers strategy, UX/UI, development and launch.

Simplifying product discovery, improving product understanding and a scalable content system.

  1. DISCOVERY & INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

We will begin by understanding how IngeneroX is positioned, how its products are explained during the sales process, and how the Platform, AI Agents, X360 Suites, industries and use cases relate to one another.

The existing website, sitemap, product material and available sales/demo content will be reviewed to define the website hierarchy, navigation and content relationships. This stage will establish the sitemap, priority journeys and a scalable information architecture that makes the wider product ecosystem easier to navigate.

    Includes

    • Stakeholder discussions
    • Existing website and content review
    • Product ecosystem mapping
    • Sitemap
    • Information architecture
    • Content hierarchy
    • Key user journeys
  2. PRODUCT DISCOVERY & USER EXPERIENCE

The UX will be designed around helping visitors find what is relevant without requiring them to understand the complete IngeneroX product catalogue first.

Visitors will be able to move between industries, operational requirements, X360 Suites and individual AI Agents through connected pathways. Product and Suite pages will follow clear, repeatable structures, with relevant relationships and next steps built into the experience.

Interactive opportunities, including product discovery, guided product experiences and walkthroughs, will be identified during this stage based on what genuinely improves understanding.

Primary experience: Arrive → Find → Experience → Trust → Act

    Includes

    • Navigation
    • Product discovery journeys
    • Industry/product relationships
    • Product and Suite page structures
    • Content hierarchy
    • Wireframes where required
    • Responsive UX planning
    • Interaction mapping
  3. UI DESIGN & PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

We will create a visual system that gives IngeneroX a modern, technically credible and distinctly product-led digital presence.

Rather than relying predominantly on descriptive content, the design will bring the product into the experience through real or representative interfaces, purposeful motion, guided interactions and visual product storytelling. The system will extend across the homepage, product ecosystem, AI Agents, X360 Suites, industries, supporting content and company pages.

A reusable component system will maintain consistency across the existing product range and make it easier to introduce new products and content over time.

    Includes

    • Digital art direction
    • Responsive UI design
    • Typography and layout system
    • Key page templates
    • Product interfaces and interactive experience design
    • Motion direction
    • Reusable UI components
    • Developer-ready Figma files
  4. WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

The approved experience will be translated into a responsive, performance-focused website, including the agreed product discovery and interactive elements.

Development will establish reusable structures for Agents, X360 Suites, industries and supporting content rather than building each page as an isolated experience. A CMS will allow agreed website content to be maintained and expanded without redesigning the underlying system each time.

Interactive product experiences will use approved product material, sample data and designed/representative interfaces where required; they will not connect to live plant or production systems unless separately scoped.

    Includes

    • Responsive front-end development
    • CMS implementation
    • Reusable product/content structures
    • Approved interactions and walkthroughs
    • Agreed integrations
    • Analytics/tracking setup
    • Performance optimisation
    • Cross-browser/device compatibility
  5. CONTENT IMPLEMENTATION, QA & LAUNCH

Once the website is approved, supplied and finalised content, product information and assets will be implemented across the agreed pages and templates.

The complete experience will then undergo functional, responsive and browser testing before deployment.

Following launch, the IngeneroX team will receive the required CMS access and guidance to manage agreed content independently.

    Includes

    • Implementation of approved client-supplied content
    • QA
    • Responsive and browser testing
    • Performance checks
    • Production deployment
    • CMS credentials
    • CMS editing guide
    • Agreed launch support

Confidential product information, interfaces, data or materials supplied for the creation of website experiences will not be published without IngeneroX's approval.

Any sample or representative data used within public-facing product experiences will be subject to client approval prior to launch.

09Testing & Compatibility

The website will be tested across current major desktop and mobile browsers and standard responsive breakpoints prior to launch.

Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure consistent functionality across supported environments; however, differences caused by outdated browsers, unsupported devices, third-party services or subsequent browser/platform updates are outside the original development scope.

Any specific enterprise browser or device requirements should be communicated before development begins.
